State Employees Trade
Council - United. The
purpose of this site is to provide SETC members with a means of improved
communications and information. Your input and suggestions are encouraged so
that we may develop this site in a manner that will be beneficial to all.
The
State Employees' Trade Council -
United represents
Unit 6 Skilled Trades workers on the 23 California State Universities,
the Skilled Trades workers at the University of
California (UC) Irvine, UC Los Angeles, UC Merced, and the UC San Diego campuses. SETC is
a proud Independent Union.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide quality representation in the areas of negotiations,
political action, grievance resolution and arbitration. SETC strives to maintain and
enhance conditions of employment including contract language, salary and
